Pumpkin Orange Sweet Potatoes


  • 1 pound sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Orange Marmalade
  • 1 (9 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Country Pumpkin Butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Granola


  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Arrange sliced sweet potatoes in ungreased shallow baking dish. Combine marmalade, pumpkin butter, butter and salt in small bowl; mix well. Drizzle mixture over sweet potatoes.
  2. BAKE 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with granola, if desired.
