Pearly Green Beans with Bacon


  • 1 pound green beans, fresh or frozen
  • 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Cocktail Onions, drained
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. PLACE beans in 3-qt. saucepan. Add just enough water to cover. Bring to full boil and cook just until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain beans, add remaining ingredients and heat through.
