Creamy Citrus Dressing


  • 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Orange Marmalade
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Dickinson's® Lemon Curd
  • 3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar


  1. PLACE all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Puree until smooth.
  2. Try this zesty-tasting dressing on any type of lettuce garnished with some toasted almonds and red onion slices or mandarin oranges. It would also be great as a dip.
