Tuna Panini Melts

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 rib celery diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Chow Chow Piccalilli Mustard & Pickle Relish
- 2 tablespoons Crosse & Blackwell® Capers rinsed & drained
- 6 panini (Italian) buns, sliced lengthwise
- 6 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT grill to medium heat. Mix tuna, bell pepper, celery, mayonnaise, chow chow and capers in medium bowl. Spread tuna mixture evenly over bottom half of bun. Top with cheese. Replace top of bun.
- Step 2
Any cooked seafood can be substituted for the tuna.
- Step 3
GRILL sandwiches, pressing to flatten and turning once, for about 5 minutes or until bread is crusty and cheese is melted.
