Minted Gyro Burger

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 pound ground lamb
- Salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons Crosse & Blackwell® Mint Sauce
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 medium cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 pita bread rounds warmed
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

HEAT grill to medium heat or heat broiler. Combine oregano, cumin and garlic powder in large bowl. Add lamb and mix well. Form into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or broil about 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
- Step 2
COMBINE mint sauce, yogurt, cucumber, green onion and sugar in small bowl. Stir until mixed. Split open each pita half, forming a pocket. Place burger in each pocket. Top with spinach and yogurt mixture.
