Ingredients

  • 12 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Branston® Pickle Relish
  • 1 bunch watercress, washed & patted dry
  • 12 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 lettuce leaves

Directions

  • Step 1

    SPREAD both pieces of bread with mayonnaise and bottom piece with relish. Layer watercress, cheese, tomato, onion and lettuce on top of one slice of bread. Top with remaining piece of bread.
