  • Step 1

    HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Mix all burger ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Grill approximately 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 170°F.

  • Step 2

    For a little extra heat, try substituting Crosse & Blackwell® Hot Mango Chutney.

  • Step 3

    BLEND together chutney and mustard in small bowl. Serve burgers immediately with sauce on your favorite toasted artisan bread or whole-grain roll.

  • Step 4

    For a South Asian twist, add 1 tsp. of curry powder in place of the chipotle powder.

  • Step 5

    For a tangy sauce option, mix 1/2 jar of Crosse & Blackwell® Cranberry Chutney with 1 tablespoon creamy horseradish sauce.
