Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon, canned & drained
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Your choice of fresh baked bread or rolls
  • 6 (1 oz.) slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Chow Chow Piccalilli Mustard & Pickle Relish

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT broiler. Mix salmon with onion, lemon juice, mayo and Chow Chow in large bowl. Spread mixture on bread; top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
