Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon, canned & drained
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Your choice of fresh baked bread or rolls
- 6 (1 oz.) slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Chow Chow Piccalilli Mustard & Pickle Relish
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT broiler. Mix salmon with onion, lemon juice, mayo and Chow Chow in large bowl. Spread mixture on bread; top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
