Mincemeat Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 6 medium Granny Smith apples, cored
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat Filling & Topping
- OR 1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Rum & Brandy Mincemeat Filling & Topping
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup granola
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F. Rub apples with butter; place in shallow baking dish.
- Step 2
COMBINE mincemeat and pecans in medium bowl. Spoon into centers of apples, mounding any remaining mincemeat mixture on tops of apples. Sprinkle with granola.
- Step 3
BAKE 35 to 45 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
