Ingredients

  • 1 (14.1 oz.) package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts) softened according to package instructions
  • 1 (29 oz.) jar Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat Filling & Topping
  • OR 1 (29 oz.) jar Crosse & Blackwell® Rum & Brandy Mincemeat Filling & Topping
  • Whipped topping or vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 425°F. Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 crust according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    FILL crust with mincemeat. Cover with second crust. Seal and flute edges. Cut slits in top crust to vent steam.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Garnish as desired.
