Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Crosse & Blackwell® Capers rinsed and drained
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 6 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, blend well and pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is lightly brown.
