Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Mint Flavored Apple Jelly
  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. dried mint leaves

Directions

  • Step 1

    PLACE jelly in small bowl. Soften by stirring with spoon. Blend in sour cream or yogurt. Stir in mint leaves. Chill one hour.

  • Step 2

    Serve with fresh cold shrimp, vegetables or assorted crackers. Also works great as a dip for fruit.
