Gourmet Salmon BLTs with Tomato Chutney


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Tomato Chutney
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 12 slices sourdough French bread slices, toasted
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 6 large lettuce leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced


  1. COMBINE mayonnaise, chutney, lemon juice and lemon peel in small bowl. Spread over one side of each slice of toasted bread. Arrange salmon and bacon on 6 pieces of bread. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Cover with remaining 6 pieces of bread, mayonnaise side down. Cut into wedges, arrange on platter and serve.
