Chutney Turkey Burgers

Ingredients1/2 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Major Grey's Chutney 2 pounds turkey, ground 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped 2 apples, finely chopped 1/2 lemon, juice and grated zest 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder Sauce: 1/2 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Major Grey's Chutney 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Directions- Mix all burger ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Shape into 8 patties.
- Grill over medium-high heat for approximately 7 min. per side, or until internal temp. is 170 degrees.
- For sauce, blend together Chutney with mustard, set aside.
- Serve burgers immediately with sauce on your favorite toasted artisan bread or whole-grain roll.
Tip For a little extra heat, try substituting Crosse & Blackwell® Hot Mango Chutney. Tip For a South Asian twist, add 1 tsp. of curry powder in place of the chipotle powder. Tip For a tangy sauce option, mix 1/2 jar of Crosse & Blackwell® Cranberry Chutney with 1 Tbsp. of creamy horseradish sauce. Bon appetit!
