Ingredients

1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat (29 oz.)
or 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat with Rum & Brandy (29 oz.)
2 unbaked 9" pie shells
Crosse & Blackwell® Hard Sauce or vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Line a 9” pie plate with pastry.
3. Fill with Mincemeat.
4. Cover with second crust and seal edges.
5. Cut slits in top to vent steam.
6. Bake 25-30 minutes.
7. Serve warm with optional Hard Sauce or vanilla ice cream.
