Ingredients1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat (29 oz.) or 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat with Rum & Brandy (29 oz.) 2 unbaked 9" pie shells Crosse & Blackwell® Hard Sauce or vanilla ice cream
Directions- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a 9” pie plate with pastry.
- Fill with Mincemeat.
- Cover with second crust and seal edges.
- Cut slits in top to vent steam.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm with optional Hard Sauce or vanilla ice cream.
