Ingredients1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Peach Zinfandel Chutney 2-3 pounds pork tenderloin or roast 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard dash of cinnamon
Directions- Combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Cook meat per desired technique.
- During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, top the meat with sauce and finish the cooking process. (For a smoother texture, puree the mixture before placing on the meat.)
- Accompany meat with remaining sauce and serve.
Tip Also try with Crosse & Blackwell Apple Curry, Hot Mango or Pear Cardamom Chutney. Tip Try this delicious sauce with roasted poultry.
