Ingredients

1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Peach Zinfandel Chutney
2-3 pounds pork tenderloin or roast
1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cook meat per desired technique.
  3. During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, top the meat with sauce and finish the cooking process. (For a smoother texture, puree the mixture before placing on the meat.)
  4. Accompany meat with remaining sauce and serve.
